1. The Service
Epicly.live ("Epicly", "we", "us") provides a live multiplayer entertainment platform for hospitality venues. These Terms govern your use of the platform as a venue operator.

AI-generated questions are provided for entertainment purposes. While we use reputable AI systems and quality controls, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every question. You are responsible for reviewing content before use in your venue.
Custom content you add to the platform remains your property. By adding it you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epicly's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss of profit claims.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
