How does the Free Taster Night work?
Every venue gets one Free Taster Night: pick one of three games — Music Mayhem, Grand Animal National or Steal the Wheel — and run it for a single night with up to 20 players. No card required. It's designed to let you test the platform with real guests on a real night before paying anything.
How do the player bands work?
The platform counts actual players joining your games — no honour system, no guessing your venue size. The Venue Plan covers up to 100 players per game. Regularly need more? Upgrade to the 1,000-player band (£849/mo) any time, and drop back down whenever you like. Over 1,000,

Is every game really included?
Yes — the entire live library, plus every new game we release, at no extra charge. Every Epicly game is custom-designed and built in-house; they're not licensed or reskinned from anywhere. One price unlocks all of them, because gating our own games against our own venues never made sense to us.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees, no per-game charges, no surprises. The only two paid upgrades are honest ones: a bigger player band if your rooms outgrow 100, and white label (£75 one-time per game) if you want the games in your own branding. You need a screen and WiFi — which your venue already has.
How does the World Cup Pass differ from a subscription?
The Pass is a one-off £299 that covers Tournament Predictor for every World Cup match through the final on 19 July 2026, plus 2 bonus Event Nights. No recurring charge, nothing to cancel — it just ends. A subscription gives you the wider game library every night of the month.
Can an event purchase count toward a subscription?
Yes — upgrade to any subscription within 30 days of your event and we credit the full event package price against your first month.
Do guests ever pay anything?
Never. Guests join free on their phones — no app, no account, no charge. The venue pays for the platform; guests just play.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice —
